  • Is there parking or drop-off space for trucks and trailers?

    Yes. Our Craigieburn workshop at 19 Yellowbox Drive has ample on-site space for trucks, semi-trailers, and prime movers. You can drop off your vehicle before or during business hours – Monday to Friday 8am–5pm and Saturday 9am–1pm. After-hours drop-off can be arranged by calling 0406 190 211 in advance.

  • Do you provide a loan vehicle while my truck is being repaired?

    We understand that downtime is costly. Please call us on 0406 190 211 to discuss loan or courtesy vehicle options and we'll do our best to minimise disruption to your operation.

  • Can you arrange towing if my vehicle can't be driven in?

    If your vehicle is unable to be driven, we can assist with arranging towing to our workshop. Contact us on 0406 190 211 or via our after-hours emergency form above and we'll coordinate the logistics for you.

  • What areas do you service for mobile and roadside repairs?

    Our mobile repair and roadside assistance team covers Melbourne and surrounding northern and western suburbs, as well as regional Victoria. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, call us on 0406 190 211 and we'll confirm availability.

  • How quickly can I get a quote?

    For standard service inquiries, we aim to respond within 1–2 business hours during trading hours. For urgent breakdowns or after-hours situations, call us directly on 0406 190 211 for an immediate response.
